About the Job
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will champion wellbeing, equity, and positive workplace experiences at every level. You’ll work with managers to lead people strategies, tackle complex issues, and deliver proactive, solutions‑focused support. Working as part of our innovative and dynamic People and Culture Team, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling change, building capability, and ensuring our people feel valued, supported, and inspired. We value people from all walks of life - including colleagues with lived experience of the issues we support people through. At Changing Lives, we believe that lived experience is a strength, and it sits at the heart of the way we design services, shape culture, and build inclusive teams.
