About the Job

We are currently searching for a General Maintenance/Compliance Operative to join our maintenance department. To carry out the traditional duties in repairs and void maintenance and assisting various trade operatives. To carry out compliance testing ensuring that systems and operations continuously meet specific standards, regulations or requirements. This will include small plumbing, joinery, decoration and other associated tasks. You will be able to confidently work on your own and as part of a team. You will need to be reliable, collaborative, motivated and take pride in your work. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of maintenance as well as verbal communication skills.
