About the Job
We are currently searching for a Maintenance Gas Operative to join our maintenance department. You will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on gas‑fired heating systems and gas appliances, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. As our Gas Operative, you will work alongside our maintenance team to also carry out general repairs throughout Changing Lives properties. This will include plumbing, joinery, decoration and other associated tasks. You will be able to confidently work on your own and as part of a team. You will need to be reliable, collaborative, motivated and take pride in your work. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of maintenance as well as verbal communication skills.
