We are looking for sessional project workers to support seven young people’s accommodation services across Tyneside.
Driving would be beneficial due to travel between sites.
You will work directly with young people aged 16-25, delivering flexible, person-centred support, safeguarding, risk assessment and housing management to sustain accommodation and promote wellbeing and independence.
