The Health and Safety (H&S) Co-ordinator is a crucial role at Changing Lives. Sitting within the Operational Team, reporting directly to the Health and Safety Officer, this is a developmental role. The individual will be expected to have a good general knowledge and interest in Health, Safety and Compliance.

Creating a committed, engaged and inclusive safety culture, whereby H&S is at the forefront of business deliverables. This includes supporting the development, implementation and management of all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure full legislative compliance.

Within this role we welcome agile working, flexible working hours, including condensed hours.
