You will design and deliver activities that promote wellbeing, confidence, and independent living across multiple sites in Westminster, with a focus on person-centred support and social inclusion.
The role offers full-time hours (37 per week) with a rota pattern including some evenings and weekends, and a salary of £30,925 per year.
