Changing Lives is seeking a Support Worker for the Open House Plus project in Doncaster. This fixed-term role supports residents experiencing homelessness with hands-on guidance, risk assessments, and personal development activities to help them secure independent living.
You will work within a team to deliver practical support, signpost to external services, and maintain high standards of safety, confidentiality and documentation in line with Changing Lives policies.
