Changing Lives is looking for compassionate, motivated and flexible Sessional Support Workers to join our Next Steps Accommodation Services in Westminster.
As a Sessional Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage to make positive and lasting changes in their lives. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide practical and emotional support, promote independence, and help residents work towards achieving their personal goals.
This role offers flexible working opportunities and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference within their community. Sessional staff are an important part of our services, providing additional cover and support to ensure our projects continue to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
You will work directly with residents on a day-to-day basis, helping to create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment while encouraging engagement with support, training, employment and community opportunities.
