Changing Lives is recruiting an Engagement And Resilience Worker to arrange and coordinate a wide range of activities for residents in our housing services. You will support external agencies, work alongside our support workers, and help people explore strengths and hobbies to build independence and positive change.
The role covers two projects in County Durham, Auckland House in Chester-Le-Street and Teesdale House in Bishop Auckland; a valid driving licence is preferable.
