Job purpose The Support Project Worker will provide high quality, person-centered support to clients living within supported housing services.
The role focuses on enabling individuals to develop independence, maintain accommodation, and improve overall wellbeing while promoting dignity, choice, and empowerment.
You will work with individuals who may have complex needs including homelessness, mental health challenges, substance misuse histories, offending backgrounds, or social exclusion.
