Overview
As an Energy Advisor with Changeworks, you will be the first point of call for householders seeking free, impartial advice to lower their energy bills and reduce environmental impact in the Highlands and Islands.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, personalised advice to customers about energy efficiency, renewable technologies, and water savings.
- Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to existing customers.
- Communicate technical information to a non‑technical audience.
- Refer householders to grants and funding for fuel poverty support.
Qualifications
- Experience engaging with customers and excellent communication skills.
- Good IT skills, stable internet connection, and ability to work in a hybrid setting.
- Live within Argyll & Bute, Highland, Na h‑Eileanan Siar, Orkney or Shetland.
- Interest in energy, sustainability or the environment is an advantage but not essential.
