The energy crisis, rising energy prices and climate change continue to affect households across rural Scotland.
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Home Energy Scotland Highlands & Islands team, providing advice and support to householders across the Western Isles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, independent and impartial advice on energy efficiency, renewable technologies and affordable warmth to help people reduce energy costs and carbon emissions while keeping their homes warm.
- Be an excellent communicator with good numeracy skills and an understanding of domestic energy use.
- Travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility
- Must live within the Western Isles (Na h-Eileanan Siar) local authority area.
