We're looking for a compassionate, reliable and flexible Care Assistant (Response Team) to join our domiciliary care team in Winsford & Northwich. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant (Response Team), you'll provide vital support to clients across Winsford & Northwich, helping to ensure continuity of care whenever additional assistance is required.
No two days are the same. You may be supporting regular service users, assisting with new care packages, covering annual leave, supporting hospital discharges, or helping during periods of increased demand. You'll work closely with our care teams and office staff to ensure our clients continue to receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Unlike traditional domiciliary care roles, this position offers guaranteed block pay, providing greater financial security and consistency in your earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with medication administration and daily living activities
- Provide flexible support across our care services where additional assistance is required
- Ensure care plans are followed and accurately documented
- Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing at all times
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of care and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with the office team regarding client needs and updates
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within domiciliary care or a similar care setting
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
