Changeworknow, part of the Access Group, is seeking a hands-on maintenance operative at Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will carry out general maintenance and repairs in line with company policy to improve guest and owner experience and support the needs of the business.
You'll work on-site with a team across the resort, ensuring snagging, warranty tasks, and routine upkeep are completed to a high standard, while following health and safety guidelines.
