Lincoln College is seeking a People Operations Assistant to join the People Services Team. You will be the first point of contact for People Services, delivering high quality customer service to employees, managers and external stakeholders.
The role provides administrative support across the People Services function with a focus on people operations, including probationary processes and lifecycle initiatives alongside support for Recruitment and Resourcing, Staff Development and Payroll.
