About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Live in Complex Care Support Worker to provide care for a client living in their own home.
About the Client:
- Tracheostomy care
- Laryngectomy
- Needs suctioning support
- Wheelchair user
- Females only to apply due to nature of personal care
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in complex care (essential)
- Have a reliable vehicle and driving license
- Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management
- Have knowledge of dealing with similar clients with complex requirements
- Have experience working with vulnerable children and adults
- Excellent communication skills (including non-verbal techniques)
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship at this time
