Away Resorts is seeking a Retail Team Lead for our Sandy Balls site in New Forest. You will oversee the on-site retail outlet (store, deli and coffee shop), manage stock, orders, and health and safety, and lead a small team to deliver outstanding guest experiences as part of our holiday offering.
The role involves weekend and bank holiday work, with potential for career progression and access to Away Resorts’ benefits. Previous retail/hospitality leadership and IT literacy are important.
