  • Analyse operational data one week, facilitate leadership workshops the next
  • Work embedded within client teams at operational and executive level

Who This Suits

We welcome applications from diverse professional backgrounds including graduates, career changers, and experienced professionals moving into consulting. What matters most is capability, attitude and professionalism. This role suits people who are self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in unfamiliar environments and those who thrive on variety, rapid learning and genuine delivery responsibility.

  • 38 days paid holiday per year (including bank holidays)
  • Private Health Insurance
