We work with healthcare organisations, local authorities and national bodies to improve services, redesign operating models and deliver sustainable change. We are expanding our team and seeking Management Consultants ready to build a career in delivery-focused consulting.

Travel Requirement

  • This is a field-based consulting role. If you are not comfortable with weekly travel, this role will not be suitable.
  • Normal working pattern:
    • Travel to client site Sunday evening or Monday morning
    • Work onsite Monday to Friday
    • Accommodation provided during working week
    • Return home Friday evening
    • Occasional flexibility may be possible depending on client needs, but regular onsite presence is the role expectation.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

The Role

You will work as part of client-facing delivery teams implementing transformation and improvement programmes. This role blends analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement, with real responsibility from day one.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Process mapping and operating model design
  • Data analysis and insight generation
  • Business case development and benefits modelling
  • Workshop design and facilitation
  • Project tracking using RAID logs and delivery documentation
  • Client presentations and stakeholder engagement

No two projects look the same. In a typical month you might:

  • Work inside a hospital improving patient flow and clinical pathways
  • Support a local authority with service redesign and efficiency programmes
  • Analyse operational data one week, facilitate leadership workshops the next
  • Work embedded within client teams at operational and executive level

Your first six months include structured onboarding and coaching alongside live project delivery. Our structure is deliberately lean: Consultant → Senior Consultant → Project Lead → Project Manager. Progression is based on performance and capability, not time served.
