Exciting opportunities have arisen in our STANSTED AIRPORT location to build a career with one of the most successful global retail foreign exchange groups. We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and to helping them to achieve their goals.

The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers with the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:

  • The buying and selling of foreign currencies
  • Credit card advances and much more.

Additional Information:

  • It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate and build a rapport with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our products and services whilst working towards and achieving targets.
  • The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, has an energetic attitude and can adhere to procedures.
  • You must have the ability to work under pressure

In return for your commitment, we’ll offer you in-depth training and development, competitive pay, a generous and uncapped incentive scheme, pension, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), staff currency discounts, free car parking and free uniform.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-time)

Working: 5 out of 7 days over a 24 hour period on a rotational shift pattern basis. Before applying, you will need to consider whether you have transport available to enable you to travel to and from home and the airport for shifts starting at all hours.

You must be eligible to work full time in the UK.

Salary: £25,299 year
