Exciting opportunities have arisen in our NEWCASTLE AIRPORT location to build a career with one of the most successful global retail foreign exchange groups. The role involves providing first‑class customer service to international travellers with the buying and selling of foreign currency.

Additional Information:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and build rapport with customers to help them understand their foreign currency needs
- Flair for sales, ability to promote products and services while achieving targets; self‑motivated, energetic attitude and adherence to procedures
- Ability to work under pressure

Hours and Working Pattern:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full‑time)
- Working: 5 out of 7 days Between: 03:45 am and 8.30 pm on a rotational shift pattern basis
Before applying, you will need to consider whether you have transport available to enable you to travel to and from home and the airport for shifts starting at 03:45 am. You must be eligible to work full time in the UK.
