As a Store Manager at Change Group, you will be responsible for

Opportunities: Ensure every staff member converts every customer interaction into a sales opportunity, from calling in customers to closing the deal and maximizing the potential of each inquiry or transaction.

Excellence: Conduct regular internal audits and spot checks to maintain the day-to-day running of the branch within agreed limits.
Fulfill internal transfer and treasury requirements.
