ChangeGate is a change control and governance software for operational businesses: 3PLs, manufacturers, automotive suppliers (companies generally running high stake operations). It replaces the email chains and spreadsheets these companies use to control change with a proper workflow: risk-scored change requests, CAB approvals, SLA tracking and an immutable audit trail you can hand to an auditor.
We are building a small network of referral partners to expand our reach to the right businesses.
Who this is for
You are an independent consultant (or work for a consulting firm / you run a small consultancy), and your clients are operational businesses. You typically work in one or more of these areas:
- Project management, PMO or change delivery
- 3PL, logistics and supply chain
- Manufacturing operations
- Continuous improvement
- Quality or HSE
What you would do
- Spot clients and contacts where change governance is a live issue
- Make a warm introduction to the right person, usually an Operations Director, Compliance Manager or Head of Continuous Improvement
That is it. We run the demo, the pilot and the commercials. You are not selling the product, and there are no targets. If you want to go further, you can also deliver ChangeGate implementations for your own clients. That earns a higher share.
