Change Specialists is expanding its reach and is seeking well connected Associate Directors to support the growth of our premium business change and digital transformation services. This is not product sales. It's consultative, high value, relationship led business development focused on complex change and transformation programmes.

If you have established access to senior decision makers and are comfortable operating within a pure profit share model, this could become a highly lucrative addition to your portfolio.

About Us

We are a well established change management consultancy operating across the UK and Europe. Our clients include high growth SMEs, professional services firms, public sector organisations, and large corporates undertaking complex transformation programmes. Our services are outcome focused. This is not transactional selling; it requires credibility and sound commercial judgement.

The Opportunity

We are looking for individuals who already operate fractionally or within a portfolio career and who have strong, credible relationships with senior decision makers - typically CTOs, Transformation Leaders, Chief People Officers and Programme Directors. You will understand how to position high value, intangible services into the right organisations. Your focus will be to open doors, shape early conversations, and work alongside our core team to convert qualified opportunities into profitable engagements. This is a pure profit share model. There is no base salary or day rate. Reward is directly aligned to successful deals and margin created. Once a portfolio of clients is established, our Associate Directors benefit from a highly attractive and sustainable income stream.

How to get started

If this sounds like the kind of challenge you would enjoy, apply via this posting or contact our Talent Lead, Karen Dykes, directly if you prefer. We'll ask for a recent profile or CV and a few initial details. If there's a strong match, we'll share more about our Associate Director model. The next steps include: Conversations with key business leads, a simple onboarding and background check process. Once complete, you'll formally join our Associate Director community and begin working with our core team to identify opportunities within your existing network.
