Are you a commercially minded Business Process Analyst with a proven track record and a passion for driving smarter, more effective ways of working across businesses? This role is about understanding how the business operates end-to-end, identifying root causes, and delivering practical process improvements that create real operational value. You will use your expertise to refine, optimise, and enhance existing processes in a pragmatic and collaborative way. You will need the credibility and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level including SLT and operational support teams, influencing change through partnership and insight.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conduct end-to-end reviews of business processes
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and root causes
  • Recommend and implement practical process improvements
  • Challenge assumptions constructively to drive the right outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver change effectively
  • Support testing, implementation, and business readiness activities
