This is a fractional opportunity designed for people with established networks and a portfolio mindset, individuals who are comfortable opening conversations at senior decision maker level and helping organisations navigate complex change and transformation.
We’re not looking for transactional salespeople, and this isn’t about pushing products. Our work is consultative, relationship led, and focused on delivering high value business change and digital transformation services across the UK and Europe.
We work with a broad mix of clients, from ambitious SMEs and professional services firms through to public sector organisations and larger corporates undertaking significant transformation programmes. The conversations we have are strategic, commercially focused, and often centred around organisational change, technology, people, and operational transformation.
The Associate Director role is focused on creating opportunities through your existing network and relationships. You will help open doors, shape early conversations, and work alongside our core team to turn qualified opportunities into long term client partnerships.
This opportunity operates on a pure profit-share basis, so there’s no base salary or retained fee. For the right person - someone with credibility, strong connections, and the ability to influence at senior level - it can become a highly rewarding addition to an existing portfolio career.
