Are you an experienced VAT professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading independent advisory firm, is seeking a VAT Manager to join their growing tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-value projects while contributing to a collaborative and supportive culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead delivery of complex VAT advisory projects across areas such as land & property, international transactions, partial exemption, and due diligence.
  • Provide technical guidance on VAT compliance, planning, and structuring.
  • Review and oversee VAT compliance work for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Coach and develop junior team members.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical expertise in VAT compliance and advisory work.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
  • Leadership and coaching experience within a tax environment.
  • Professional qualifications (ATT, CTA, CA) are desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience.
