We’re supporting a growing, regulated financial services business as they continue to invest in their product capability and customer proposition. This is a key hire within a specialist product team, focused on shaping and enhancing insurance offerings while ensuring strong, consistent customer outcomes. The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of product performance and evolution across a core insurance line, driving innovation while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and customer needs. Working cross-functionally, you’ll play a central role in developing propositions, improving customer journeys and strengthening product governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of insurance products, from concept through to delivery and ongoing optimisation.
- Own and deliver periodic product reviews, including fair value assessments and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor positioning to inform product strategy and innovation pipeline.
- Drive improvements in customer communications across the full lifecycle, ensuring clarity, accuracy and alignment to policy terms.
- Support business planning through performance tracking, forecasting and KPI analysis.
- Manage key third-party and internal stakeholder relationships, including oversight of supplier performance against agreed metrics.
- Contribute to governance forums, providing insight, challenge and recommendations on product and customer outcomes.
