What You'll Do
- Lead delivery of complex VAT advisory projects across areas such as land & property, international transactions, partial exemption, and due diligence.
- Provide technical guidance on VAT compliance, planning, and structuring.
- Review and oversee VAT compliance work for a diverse client portfolio.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical expertise in VAT compliance and advisory work.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Leadership and coaching experience within a tax environment.
- Professional qualifications (ATT, CTA, CA) are desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience.
