Key Responsibilities Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, maintaining a high standard of service and acting as a key point of contact
Oversee and support the management of team portfolios, contributing to effective workflow planning and resource allocation
Deliver against agreed revenue and profitability targets
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Support the development of the firm’s people strategy by mentoring, coaching, and inspiring junior team members
Day-to-Day Duties Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of audit assignments
Prepare and review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP)
Provide practical advice to clients on regulatory matters, including tax, VAT, UK legal requirements, and principles of good governance
Support Partners on ad hoc assignments and projects as required
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP
Proven experience managing audit clients across a range of industries
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior team members
Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills
Experience managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines effectively
Confidence in dealing directly with senior stakeholders and business owners
