Change Recruitment are pleased to support a growing business based in Cheddar. We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a part-time basis working 22-24 hours a week (3 full days, one of which needs to be a Friday). This role will be 100% office based, onsite parking is available.
Responsibilities
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger and credit control
- Allocate payments/receipts and bank reconciliation
- Payment queries, preparing regular payment runs to suppliers, as well as ad hoc supplier/client payments
- Looking after company expenses and the company credit card reconciliation
- Deal with telephone enquiries from colleagues, customers and suppliers
- General accounts administration and clerical duties
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus experience working in a similar role and have experience using Sage Line50 as well as good MS Excel skills.
