Change Recruitment are currently working for an excellent growing business based in Weston-super-Mare who are looking for an experienced IT Technician to support circa 70 users. This is a stand alone role, looking after full hardware and software support within the business.
Main role duties:
- Full technical support for circa 70 users across two separate sites (some occasional travel required), main systems used include Sage50, Office365
- Maintenance/administration of network server and all network configuration and troubleshooting
- Responsible for all hardware support: Desktop, Laptop, Mobile devices (including full set up, upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting/resolution)
- Liaising with suppliers to procure new equipment for the best price
- Ad-Hoc project work looking at existing infrastructure and potential upgrades/changes
This is a great role for someone who would like to run the IT function for an SME business ensuring day to day stability as well as safeguarding for the future. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident working in a stand alone capacity.
In return this role offers a competitive salary of circa £35k and a quick start for the right candidate.
