Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing manufacturing business based in Weston-super-Mare who are looking for a Site HR Coordinator/Officer. This role will be stand alone within the Weston site with support from a regional HRBP and also the Head Office HR Team. You will act as first point of contact for the leadership team within Weston, helping to create a positive work culture through implementation of HR lead procedures. You will be their first point of contact when it comes to advice on policy and procedure and site HR administration.
Duties will include:
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational design.
- Recruitment at all levels of the organisation.
- Supporting the employee life cycle in such areas as: onboarding, induction, stay interviews, career pathway support and offboarding etc.
- Drive group employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Take an active part in HR processes including attendance, capability and disciplinary meetings as appropriate, advising management in line with Company best practice.
- Ensure that all HR related documentation is up to date.
This is a very hands on operational role and as such you will look after all HR responsibilities onsite from HR Administration.
