Job Description: Change Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a property management business who are looking to add a Property Manager to their team. Reporting to the company director, you are responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the Bristol area.Duties include: To carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the Companies’ responsibilities are met. To proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis. To effectively manage the relationship with the customer including responding to queries and building positive relationships with stakeholders Attending meetings with customers and clients as required, working with customer formed groups such RA’s, RMC’s RTM etc. Ensuring Customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. To liaise with our Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development. Source, Appoint and Manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio. To ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective. To ensure all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is adhered to.
