Change Recruitment are currently recruiting for a growing business based in Axbridge, near Cheddar. Working in a small team, you will take on the role of Account Management Support Administrator.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the sales function of the business by providing sales data and managing new and existing customer relationships by providing excellent and responsive support.
Duties include:
- Supporting the sales team by providing accurate documentation in readiness for client meetings
- Processing prospective client figures on MS Excel to provide a comparison report showing cost savings they could make
- Setting up new customer accounts on various systems, chasing all required information
- Acting as the first point of contact for current customers, generally via email, to resolve any queries as required
- Chasing up answers to client questions, ensuring nothing is missed and questions are answered in good time
- Ad-hoc duties to support to management as required
In return this role offers a salary of circa £27k - £28k, 25 days holiday plus banks, 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
