The Role
- Deliver exceptional and knowledgeable wine service
- Recommend wines and assist with food & wine pairings
- Maintain the wine cellar and stock
- Support the wider team with wine knowledge and training
- Help maintain the highest standards of service and presentation
About You
- Experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels or private members' clubs.
- Excellent wine knowledge
- A genuine passion for hospitality and the confidence to engage with members of the club
