Job Overview
As the International Sales Director, you will be pivotal in driving the growth and sustainability of Change Please. This role focuses on two key areas: nurturing and growing our existing client relationships and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
You will play a critical role in expanding our reach, ensuring our values resonate with partners, and fostering long-term collaborations that enable us to change lives. While previous experience in the coffee industry is not essential, it’s a desirable plus.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow our client base and revenue streams.
- Develop tailored pitches and proposals that align with potential clients\’ needs and values.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Change Please
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Understand client needs, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, handling queries and delivering solutions.
Strategy and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to align business development goals with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and retail teams to enhance brand presence and drive growth.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, aligning with operational capabilities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track progress and performance in both account management and new business development.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a business development or account management role.
- Coffee sales experience is essential.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Demonstrated success in securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the coffee or food and beverage industry is desirable but not essential.

- This role requires occasional travel to the US and across the UK for client meetings and industry events.
