Change Mental Health is recruiting four Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners to join our employability-focused services across Dumfries & Galloway. You’ll support people experiencing poor mental health to build confidence, resilience and practical skills, helping them move towards volunteering, education and employment.
You will work 1:1, in groups and with community partners, delivering person-centred plans, assessing risks and promoting recovery within a supportive team.
