Change Mental Health is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the Hearing Voices Early Intervention and Self-Management Service in Fife. You’ll support people experiencing psychosis, voices, intrusive thoughts or sensory disturbances, helping them build confidence and practical coping strategies toward meaningful goals.
You’ll also provide day‑to‑day guidance, supervision and support for colleagues, remaining hands‑on in frontline work while helping the team maintain high‑quality, person‑centred care.
