We are looking for an Internal Communications Adviser to help deliver engaging, high-quality communications across the organisation during a period of significant transformation. You will play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our people, creating content, managing digital channels, and supporting organisation-wide engagement.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver internal communications campaigns across email, intranet, video and events
  • Create clear, engaging content for a range of audiences
  • Manage and improve intranet (SharePoint) content and structure
  • Partner with stakeholders to advise on effective communication approaches
  • Support delivery of internal events including Town Halls and leadership sessions
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve engagement

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in internal communications (in-house or agency)
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Experience managing intranet platforms (e.g. SharePoint or CMS)
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and deliver to deadlines
