We are looking for an Internal Communications Adviser to help deliver engaging, high-quality communications across the organisation during a period of significant transformation. You will play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our people, creating content, managing digital channels, and supporting organisation-wide engagement.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver internal communications campaigns across email, intranet, video and events
- Create clear, engaging content for a range of audiences
- Manage and improve intranet (SharePoint) content and structure
- Partner with stakeholders to advise on effective communication approaches
- Support delivery of internal events including Town Halls and leadership sessions
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve engagement
What we are looking for:
- Experience in internal communications (in-house or agency)
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience managing intranet platforms (e.g. SharePoint or CMS)
- Ability to work with stakeholders and deliver to deadlines
- Experience measuring and improving communication effectiveness
Nice to have:
