We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing technology business delivering bespoke software solutions for enterprise customers. Working with customers, Architects, Developers and Delivery teams, you'll translate business needs into clear technical requirements and help deliver successful digital solutions. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll have regular client interaction and play a key role throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Run workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Produce user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Developers, Architects and Product teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Analyse business processes and identify improvements.
- Support UAT and solution validation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
About You
You'll have experience with:
- Business Analysis within software or technology projects.
- Agile delivery.
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- User stories and process mapping.
- Jira and Confluence.
- Working alongside software engineering teams.
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms or modern software development would be advantageous.
