You will be responsible for not only leading a passionate team of IT engineers, but you will still be able to maintain a level of hands-on support whilst being exposed to unbelievable career growth opportunities.

The IT Field Service Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of a regional team of Field Engineers, located in the South East/South coast of England. Providing support and ensuring adherence to company processes, procedures and contractual obligations, while maintaining a high level of customer service. The Team Leader for Field Services Engineering will also be required to diagnose and repair technical issues on a variety of IT equipment and provide hardware and software support on projects and installations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Experience of managing teams in an IT external Delivery Framework with the ability to lead and direct others.
  • Experience working in Data centre environments on server, storage and network equipment.
  • Hold relevant and current vendor certifications such as (but not limited to) Dell, Lenovo, IBM & HP in server and DC hardware, PCs, laptops, tablets, printers.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Awareness of ITIL methodologies and best practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
