DEA/ Stock Condition Surveyor

Stock Condition Surveyors – 12 months contract – Price Work (per survey) Around £200 – £300 per day\\n\\nLocation: Nottingham & Loughborough\\n\\nKey Requirements:\\n\\n * To carry out pre/post inspections to identify repairs/defects and potential improvements. To prepare specifications and estimates as when required.\\n\\n * Experience working withing Social Housing (Essential)\\n\\n * Work independently and manage a variable caseload (Between 8-12 Surveys per day)\\n\\n * Attend properties to carry out appropriate inspections and provide advice to tenants on a range of health and housing issues. Maintaining proper records of visits and inspection findings, making recommendations to senior managers on any areas needing further actions.\\n\\n * Be proficient in the use of devices, aids, and instruments for making assessments and diagnosis of building failures.\\n\\n * Knowledge in legislation, standards and processes including HHSRS\\n\\n * Energy Performance analysis would be desirable/DEA Qualification\\n\\n * Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training\\n\\n * Must be proactive and have the desire to succeed\\n\\n * Prior experience in Stock Condition Surveying
