We're looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Senior Event Operations Manager to join a growing Events team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium events environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Working closely with the Sales and Events teams, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a wide range of high-end events. You'll play a key role in ensuring every event runs seamlessly, leading operational teams on-site while maintaining the highest standards of service, health and safety, and venue compliance.

  • Lead the operational planning and delivery of events from initial planning through to execution.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless event planning and communication.
  • Manage both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Order and manage hired equipment, ensuring effective stock control and minimising breakages.
  • Lead, brief, and manage Front of House teams of varying sizes on event days.
  • Attend client meetings, venue site visits, and tastings to identify operational requirements and contribute to successful event planning.
