My client is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for their event spaces. Hosting a diverse range of live events, from music and comedy to private and corporate functions, this role will drive both B2B and B2C marketing strategies to increase ticket sales, event bookings, and brand awareness.

This position is ideal for a Senior Marketing Manager looking for a fresh challenge. It offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow both public event attendance and private event bookings.
  • Lead audience development, refining segmentation and engagement tactics.
  • Guide the marketing team to achieve business goals and oversee budget management.
  • Monitor market trends and audience behaviour to inform strategy.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and deliver targeted multi-channel campaigns to drive sales and venue bookings.
  • Develop B2B campaigns showcasing the venues as prime event locations.
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with key revenue goals and brand positioning.

Data & Reporting:

  • Track and analyse key performance indicators, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Adjust strategies based on data to optimize campaign success.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster creativity and performance.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Oversee workflow improvements and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Work closely with programming, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Significant experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in events, entertainment, or hospitality.
