The Role
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take full responsibility for overseeing operational performance across the business, ensuring every event is delivered flawlessly from planning through to execution. This is a senior leadership role requiring outstanding organisational skills, strong commercial awareness, and a hands-on management style.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational departments
- Oversee event logistics, staffing, transport, and service delivery
