An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Senior Operations Manager to join one of South London's most respected and award-winning event catering companies. The Role

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take full responsibility for overseeing operational performance across the business, ensuring every event is delivered flawlessly from planning through to execution. This is a senior leadership role requiring outstanding organisational skills, strong commercial awareness, and a hands-on management style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational departments
  • Oversee event logistics, staffing, transport, and service delivery
  • Ensure exceptional standards across all events and venues
  • Drive operational efficiency and profitability
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams
  • Work closely with chefs, sales teams, and event planners

  • Proven senior operations management experience within catering, hospitality, or events

  • Experience managing high-volume, premium events
  • Commercially focused with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexible, proactive, and highly organised
  • Full UK driving licence desirable
