We\’re looking for a Senior Event Manager to join a dynamic and ambitious events team. This is your chance to play a key leadership role in an independent, high-energy company that\’s redefining the events and catering space in London. The Role: As Senior Event Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our events operation—leading a talented team, collaborating with clients and venues, and delivering flawless experiences across gala dinners, brand activations, private events and corporate functions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who brings energy, creativity and a cool head under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution Oversee multiple mid to large-scale events weekly Create detailed event sheets, pack lists, and logistics plans Liaise closely with Sales & Ops teams for smooth handovers Attend events to ensure high standards—or prepare the team if you’re not on-site Champion sustainable practices across planning and execution Client Relationships Build long-term partnerships with clients and venues Drive repeat business by offering genuine, thoughtful service Gather and act on post-event feedback Coordinate venue information and ensure team preparedness Team Leadership Manage, inspire, and support a growing team of Event Managers Onboard and train new team members alongside Ops Lead with empathy and structure—providing regular, constructive feedback Help develop and refine systems and processes Financial Oversight Ensure profitability targets are met across all events Work closely with suppliers for best rates Analyse post-event financials and implement improvements Who You Are: Experienced: 2 years in premium event catering Client-savvy: Confident working with high-net-worth individuals and global brands Detail-obsessed: You spot the small stuff—and make it shine Solutions-driven: Calm under pressure, thrives on complex logistics People-focused: Genuinely enjoys developing teams and growing talent Financially astute: Comfortable with pricing, budgeting and margin tracking Flexible & committed: Willing to go the extra mile for truly outstanding events For more information send a copy of your CV today We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
