My client is a growing collection of dynamic event companies delivering exceptional experiences across live events, venues, brand activations, hospitality, corporate events, and experiential projects. They are now looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a senior role for a proactive, connected, and ambitious sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The Role

  • You will lead business development activity across multiple event brands and venue opportunities, focusing on:
  • Securing new venue and event tenders
  • Developing strategic agency relationships
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Winning corporate and experiential event contracts
  • Building partnerships with brands, agencies and venues
  • Managing the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to pitch and close
  • Representing the business at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
  • Collaborating with internal creative and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations
