- Developtailoredproposalsforeventsbasedonclientrequirements,workingtoaclearunderstandingoftheirvisionandbudget.
- Buildandnurturestrongrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingclientstoencouragerepeatbusinessandreferrals.
- Provideclientswithvenueandcateringsolutions,offeringcreativeideasandsuggestionstoenhancetheireventexperience.
- Meetandexceedsalestargetsbydrivingbookingsforbothcorporateandprivateeventsacrossmultiplevenues.
- Collaboratewiththesalesandmarketingteamstoenhancebrandawarenessanddeveloppromotionalstrategies.
EventPlanning&Coordination:
- Leadtheplanningandcoordinationofeventsfrominitialconceptthroughtofinalexecution,ensuringallclientrequirementsaremet.
- Createdetailedeventplans,includingtimelines,budgets,logistics,andkeydeliverablesforinternalteams.
- Coordinatecloselywithinternaldepartments(operations,catering,technicalteams)toensuresmootheventdeliveryandexecution.
- Provideon-sitesupportforevents,overseeingset-up,guestexperience,andensuringallaspectsrunaccordingtoplan.
- Managepost-eventfeedback,debriefs,andensureclientsaresatisfiedwiththeserviceprovided.
